Yesterday had training omg -.-
Tomorrow have training noooo :(

Ran one round before coach called us in because lightning alert was flashing
Went up to indoor sports hall where she made us do tournament warm up 10 times:(

At first I was like oh ok 10 times lor
But then whilst running the 20th lap I was dying already :(
And I still had 40 to go :(

Did 10 laps of sidestep front kick back paddle each then had to go down for honour's day rehearsal :(

Shi Pei told me that when we went up again we had to redo everything I was like wtf :(

But in the end she only made us redo the jog and not the patterns we did already thank God and Goddesses
But omg skipping she made me redo and redo and redo wth
Bounding too damn it :(

K my legs are aching like I don't know what :(

Wth Nicholas ran 2.4 in 10.48 shytzzxxz him.
Make me feel so sad that I ran 2.4 in 12.21 only :(
